This handle's accessory mounting threads consist of one ARRI-style 3/8"-16, nine 1/4"-20, and four 3/8"-16 threads. The ARRI Top Handle also incorporates four cold shoe mounts for mounting a wide variety of accessories.

There are multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mount threads along the sides and top of the cage, which allow you to attach accessories without stressing your camera's body. Each accessory thread also features ARRI-style accessory holes, allowing you to use a variety of available accessories, such as a monitor or handgrip, without the worry of twisting. The included detachable HDMI cable clamp on the side of the camera cage prevents your HDMI cables from pulling or detaching.
