The SmallRig 5226 V-Mount Battery Mount Plate Kit for 15mm LWS Rods is designed to streamline V-mount battery setup for 15mm rod-based rigs. This comprehensive kit includes a V-mount battery plate, 15mm dual rod clamps, and a modular LCD screen protector. The mount plate attaches securely to 15mm LWS rods using the included rod clamps for rapid V-mount battery deployment.
The V-mount battery plate features multiple strategically positioned power outputs, including D-Tap and USB-C, enabling simultaneous power supply to multiple devices without interfering with camera operation or top handle functionality. The USB-C port supports up to 65W PD input, allowing it to function as a V-mount battery charger. The V-mount battery release button features a trigger safety lever with customizable engagement, preventing accidental disengagement for secure operation.
The modular LCD screen protector features tool-free height and width adjustment, fitting most flip-screen mirrorless cameras while protecting against impacts. Equipped with multiple 1/4"-20 threaded and locating holes, the V-mount plate allows for the attachment of accessories such as magic arms (ID3238B/3873) for wireless transmitters and professional setups.
Note:
1. When using the LCD screen protector, the battery plate can accommodate V-mount batteries up to 80mm / 3.1″ in width. Compatible SmallRig V-mount batteries: 3579B / 4871 / 4872 / 3580B / 4929 / 4930 / 4292 / 4974 / 4608 / 4984 / 3581B / 4293. In addition, we recommend using it with a compact 15mm LWS baseplate (such as 1798, 1674, 3357, 1775, 4002, etc.).
If the V-mount battery cannot be properly installed, the trigger safety lever may be engaged. To install the battery properly, first disengage the trigger safety lever.
After use or when not in use for a long period of time, please remove the V-mount battery or press and hold the power switch button for 3 seconds to cut off the output function.
