The SmallRig 5731 USB-C Tethering Cable is designed for tethered shooting and has a total length of 460cm (181.1in).
The cable has one straight connector and one angled connector to suit different shooting setups. Used together with the cable management plate, it helps reduce strain on the camera-side port, minimizing the risk of accidental disconnection and port damage.
Cable routing grooves on all four sides of the plate allow flexible cable management for different handheld shooting setups. The bottom of the plate features an integrated Arca-type base for direct mounting to Arca-type tripods.
Two included silicone cable ties help keep the cable neatly stored and organized.
Note:
When used with Canon R, RP, R5, R5C, R5 Mark II, R7, or Nikon Z6 cameras, this cable is not compatible with IEDT.
When used with Fujifilm X-T3, X-T4, or X-T5 cameras, this cable is not compatible with FUJIFILM or IEDT.
When used with Panasonic GH5 or GH6 cameras, this cable is compatible only with Pixel Cake and is not compatible with any other software.
