The SmallRig 5954 "HawkLock" Quick Release Cage for Canon EOS R6 Mark III / R6 Mark II provides robust protection and extensive mounting options for professional shooting. The cage securely attaches to the camera using a bottom 1/4"-20 screw and dual side locating blocks, while multiple silicone pads prevent scratches and ensure a snug fit. It maintains full access to buttons, card slots, the flip screen, and the battery compartment.
Featuring SmallRig's patented "HawkLock" quick release system, it supports one-touch self-locking with bidirectional mounting, enabling rapid, tool-free accessory assembly and disassembly without the need for further tightening.
H21 NATO rail interfaces on the top and both sides allow for quick attachment of top handles (ID5632,5633,4483,4485,3766), monitor mounts (ID4487), or magic arms (ID4489). Multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes and locating holes accommodate accessories such as side handles (ID2093,4346), magic arms (ID3874,3875), and monitor mounts (ID2904B). The right-hand grip area features two horizontal 1/4"-20 threaded holes for attaching tripods (ID 3989), enhancing stability during vertical shooting. A built-in cold shoe mount accommodates microphones and fill lights, while a wrist strap hole accommodates wrist straps (ID3848,2456). A dedicated shoulder strap hole is designed to keep the camera lens facing downward when carried for added safety. An QD socket works with QD quick release shoulder straps (ID4118).
Additionally, the bottom Arca-Swiss quick release plate enables direct mounting onto Arca-type tripods (ID4060,4353) and DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 4, and RS 4 Pro gimbals, facilitating seamless transitions between handheld, tripod, and gimbal setups. A double-headed wrench is conveniently stored at the base for easy assembly.

Please remove both side locating blocks before mounting the cage.
Not compatible with the DJI RS 4 Mini gimbal.
