The SmallRig MD5422 Arca-Swiss Mount Plate for AirTag / SmartTag2 is designed to help photographers efficiently track their camera’s location across various shooting scenarios. It features a hidden compartment that securely holds Apple AirTag or Samsung SmartTag2, catering to different user preferences. Inside, an EVA foam pad dampens vibrations, minimizing noise during movement. The low-profile plate remains inconspicuous without interfering with the access to camera’s battery compartment.
Integrated with an Arca-Swiss quick release plate, this mount plate allows direct attachment to compatible tripods and gimbals without additional adapters—streamlining your setup. The base is equipped with enlarged non-slip rubber pads to prevent twisting or shifting, enhancing equipment stability. Irregular fixing screws ensure a secure attachment for effective tracking.
For enhanced versatility, this plate features two 1/4"-20 threaded holes for attaching magic arms, mini tripods, or other accessories. Additionally, it incorporates a DJI gimbal safety pin hole, expanding compatibility with more devices.

Use Apple "Find My" to track the AirTag up to 100m (328.1ft) or more.
