The DP-008 from Tascam is a portable 8-track audio recorder, ideal for the musician on-the-go. The DP-008 captures CD-quality audio, 2 tracks at a time, to widely-available SD/SDHC flash media for convenient and reliable storage. The unit has built-in stereo electret condenser microphones for capturing new ideas without the need for additional equipment. It also has 2 XLR mic inputs with phantom power for connecting external mics. A pair of 1/4" line inputs are provided, one of which is switchable to guitar level for direct recording.
