This Tiffen MCS Step-Up Adapter Ring facilitates the attachment of Magnetic Control System filters to the front filter threads of a lens. By eliminating the need to thread filters on and off the optic, it saves both time and effort. The adapter allows for stepping up from a lens's filter thread size to an MCS 58mm, 77mm, or 82mm filter. It can be installed quickly and easily without the need for tools. Additionally, the adapter ring is compatible with the 58 MCS protective lens cap, providing protection for the lens and filter when they are not in use.
