With a reverse Porro prism design and fully multi-coated lenses for a bright, sharp image, the  8x26 Vanquish Binoculars from Vortex  are a compact and versatile optic suited to general use. The Vanquish can focus on objects as close as 7.6 feet for viewing butterflies or wildflowers, while their 8x magnification can bring distant details into view. They have twist-up eyecups to accommodate eyeglasses and a knurled, easy-to-operate centre-focus wheel. A dioptre adjustment is provided on the right eyepiece to resolve differences in the user's eyes. O-ring sealed and nitrogen purged, these binoculars are water, dust, and fogproof, and their rubber armouring protects the housing and provides a pleasant and secure grip.
