Great little rangefinder, unbeatable value for money. Haven't used it much yet, but I did take it to a lookout and test it a bit. The farthest reading I got was 1150m on some trees, though I was not able to repeat this. I could get as far out as 1070m repeatedly. It may go farther on a reflective surface, but there was nothing reflective around to test it on. The test was at about 4pm and the lighting was ideal. All the functions seem to work beautifully, the display is very bright and clear, and the pouch is great too. The adjustable brightness is great - dim for night stuff and full boar on a sunny day. At very close ranges, the reticle or the target will be blurry - you can't have both in focus, but this is not an issue, because once you get outside 10m, everything's tack sharp. In all, this rangefinder is perfect for me and you can't really go wrong with a warranty like Vortex's. This is my first Vortex product, but I don't think it's gonna be my last.
