The Wooden Camera Top Plate System for Canon C400 is specifically designed for the Canon EOS C400 camera. Its main purpose is to provide a mounting point for various accessories, such as a replacement top handle. The plate can be easily installed onto the camera using three 1/4"-20 screws. If you choose to use the optional Ultra Handle 5" kit, this plate is also compatible for replacing the original C400 top handle. It even includes markings on the plate to aid in optimal mounting for the Ultra Handle. Moreover, the plate is equipped with multiple 3/8"-16 threads, including some on the front for attaching front-mounted accessories like optional bolt-on rods and rod clamps.
