Unified Baseplate Core Unit (No Dovetails) is the central assembly in every Unified Baseplate. If the full assembly is desired, purchase the below versions instead:
- Unified Baseplate (Sony FS7, Canon C100mkII, C300mkII, C100, C300, C500)
- Unified Baseplate (URSA Mini, Sony F55, F5)
- Unified Baseplate (Alexa Mini)
- Unified Baseplate (Sony FS5, VariCam LT, VariCam 35)
With the Core Unit, 15mm rods pass through front to back and have two locking thumbscrews per side. The top dovetail slot features a specialised ARCA Swiss shape which can attach to the below camera dovetails:
- Unified Baseplate Camera Dovetail (Sony FS7, Canon C100mkII, C300mkII, C100, C300, C500)
- Unified Baseplate Camera Dovetail (URSA Mini, Sony F55, F5)
- Unified Baseplate Camera Dovetail (Alexa Mini)
- Unified Baseplate Camera Dovetail (Sony FS5, VariCam LT, VariCam 35)
The bottom of the baseplate has an integrated ARRI dovetail slot which attaches to the Unified Baseplate Lower Quick Dovetail but can also attach directly to any 2060 Dovetails, Safety Dovetails, or Shoulder Rigs.
For VCT-14 compatible mounting options, the Unified Baseplate can be attached to the Unified VCT Wedge Plate, providing easy counterbalance ability while on the shoulder. This could then be attached to the Unified VCT-14 Tripod Plate which would be attached to the tripod head.
