The GH5 Rod Support Base gives the GH5 Cage a set of 15mm rods lightweight spaced for use with matte boxes and other rod mounted accessories. The 8” included rods slide all the way through the base for length adjustability. The base of the GH5 Cage slides easily into the Rod Support and locks securely into place. Just loosen the lock lever and push down the lock button to remove the cage from the support. The bottom of the rod support has ¼ 20 and ? 16 screw holes for mounting your tripod. It is also a dovetail for sliding into the VCT Pro. This Rod Support Base is made specifically for use with the GH5 Cage.
